WHO: Club members and their immediate family members.
COST PER TICKET/MEAL: Adults – FREE!  Kids – FREE!

*WHAT IF I ALREADY PURCHASED A TICKET?: See Steve or Jandy at the picnic with your ticket and we will provide you with a refund if the ticket was purchased.

TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

EVERYONE ATTENDING NEEDS A TICKET! PLEASE DO NOT COME WITHOUT A TICKET FOR EACH MEMBER OF YOUR GROUP.

HOW DO I GET A TICKET?: Tickets are available at the clubhouse. Make arrangements with any club officer to assist you with acquiring your tickets.

Ideal times to get your tickets:

• Tuesdays from 11:00am-7:00pm as Leda and JD are present on site.
• Work Weekend’s
• Membership Meetings
• Any other time you can arrange with a club officer to assist you.
• Last resort… email [email protected] ~ I’ll see if I can arrange a time to meet with you at the club or find someone that can.

There is adequate opportunity to come to the club to purchase your tickets, but please don’t delay. Tickets are limited in quantity!

There will be games for the kids and lots of food and camaraderie! We hope to see you there!
